Healthcare & Rehabilitation
Sensing and AI assessment for clinics today, and personalised cushions for adults with scoliosis and chronic back pain as they come to market.
BeeErgonomic brings three products together: our own sensor system that reads how the body sits, an AI assessment built with physicians on two years of clinical data, and personalised cushions for treatment.

Each product works on its own, and together they take a person from measurement to treatment. The sensor system and the AI assessment are ready today.
Our own thin-film pressure sensors and electronics, designed and built in-house. They sit under the backrest and seat and record how the body meets the surface, streaming over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Machine learning combined with clinical review. Trained on two years of pressure and spine data from partner medical centres, it identifies spinal deformity and load imbalance and gives the physician a clear reading.
Personalised cushions shaped from each assessment to ease tight muscles and balance uneven load, with an optional vibration module. Produced on our own cushion printer, now in development.
The method comes from how orthopaedic insoles and scoliosis braces are made: measure first, then build only for that body.
The body and sitting posture are captured with computer-based 3D scanning.
Thin-film pressure mapping sensors record how load is distributed across the back and seat while sitting.
AI combines the pressure maps with scan and clinical data to estimate the spine's line and load.
The cushion is produced from that model on our own cushion printer, now in development.
An optional low-frequency vibration module, managed remotely over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
We start in healthcare, where the clinical data comes from, and bring the same sensing to other places people sit for long hours.

Orthotic workshops and medical product stores can offer the measurement and cushion service to their own patients.
Comfort cushions for office workers, students and anyone who spends most of the day seated.
The same sensing for drivers on long routes and for vehicle seats, with results shown on the in-car display.
BeeErgonomic began at Istanbul Technical University as a research project joining multi-sensor signal processing with clinical experience in scoliosis, back pain and osteoporosis.
